Employment contract from a template

Use merge fields and custom fields for name, position and start date, or upload the contract you use today as PDF or Word. The parties are called Employer and Employee.

Both parties sign

The employment agreement type requires a signature from both employer and employee, and you can see who has signed.

Draft with AI

Choose employment agreement as the agreement type and AI writes a draft. Section 14-6 of the Working Environment Act sets the minimum content of an employment contract, so always review the draft before use.

Confidentiality and consent

Send confidentiality agreements, consent forms and other documents from your own templates for signing the same way.

Send by SMS or email

New hires without a work email can get the link by SMS. Require a one-time SMS code before signing if you want extra confirmation.

Audit log and signed PDF

Every signature is logged with time, IP address and browser, and the document is secured with a SHA-256 hash. The signed PDF can be stored in the personnel file.

Frequently asked questions

Can an employment contract be signed digitally?

Yes. The contract must be in writing, but a handwritten signature is not required. The electronic signing is documented with time, IP address and a hash of the document.

Does the new hire need an account?

No. The employee opens the link and signs in the browser, also on mobile.

Can we use our own employment contract?

Yes. Upload it as PDF or Word, or create a reusable template with merge fields.

Can the employee sign with BankID?

Not yet. The employee signs with a drawn signature, optionally confirmed with a one-time SMS code, or with Vipps once you have connected your own Vipps agreement. BankID is coming.

What if the employee doesn't sign?

You see the status of every document and can send a reminder by email or SMS, or withdraw the document.
