Online sign-up

Create a sign-up form with price options, for example child, junior and senior. The member signs the membership agreement and the membership becomes active. Read more about web forms.

Guardians sign for children

When the date of birth shows the member is under 18, the guardian fields appear. The guardian receives the signing link, is the payer and gets the notifications.

Fees with Vipps

Monthly fees become payment requests automatically, with a notice before the due date and a reminder after. Annual fees and other one-off amounts can be paid right after sign-up. The member pays to the club's Vipps number and taps "I have paid", and the club confirms. Read more about memberships.

Consents and declarations

Send consent forms, for example about photos on the club website, where only the recipient signs. Everything is stored as a signed PDF with a log.

Coach and volunteer contracts

Create coach contracts, volunteer agreements and confidentiality declarations from your own templates with merge fields, or upload the agreement you use today as PDF or Word.

A page for every member

Every member gets a personal link with status, membership and payments, and can cancel themselves if the club allows it.

Do members need to download an app?

No. Sign-up and signing happen in the browser, also on mobile.

Can guardians sign up children?

Yes. If the member is under 18, the guardian fields appear, and the guardian signs and becomes the payer.

Are fees charged automatically?

No. eAvtale creates the payment requests and sends notices and reminders, but the member pays with Vipps to the club's number and taps "I have paid". The club confirms the payment. Automatic Vipps charges are not available yet.

Can members sign with Vipps?

Yes, once the club has connected its own Vipps agreement in eAvtale. Otherwise the member signs with a drawn signature, optionally with a one-time SMS code. BankID is coming.

Can we add our existing members?

Yes. Existing members can be added manually, while new members sign up via the form.
