Do you have an engagement agreement template for accounting?
Yes. The template "Oppdragsavtale for regnskapsoppdrag" has a scope specification, a service checklist and fee terms, and can be adapted to your firm.
Can the client sign with BankID?
Not yet. The client signs with a drawn signature, optionally confirmed with a one-time SMS code, or with Vipps once you have connected your own Vipps agreement. BankID is coming.
Can several people at the firm use eAvtale?
Yes. Invite employees to the organisation and share templates and documents.
Where is the data stored?
Data is stored in Norway, and every organisation has its own separate data.
Can we use eAvtale when incorporating a limited company?
Yes, for signing. There is a template for the incorporation document with articles of association that can be sent for signing. You register with the Register of Business Enterprises as before.
