Yes. A lease does not require a handwritten signature. The electronic signing is documented with time, IP address and a hash of the document.

Does the tenant need an account or app?

No. The tenant opens the link and signs in the browser, also on mobile.

Can we use our own contract?

Can we require an SMS code before signing?

Yes. Turn on one-time SMS codes and the tenant must confirm their phone number before signing.
